Miranda

Miranda is a health and fitness professional with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and over a decade of experience in coaching 1-on-1 clients and group classes, as well as providing online services such as nutrition coaching, remote programming, and mindset coaching.

 

As crucial as she believes education to be, what really gives her expertise within this field is all the experiences she’s had with her clients. Miranda has had the opportunity to work with so many individuals from all different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life.
